Progressive Early Assessments, Inc. (PEA) is a home-grown company that was founded by Susan McGraw in 2014 and specializes in assessing the quality of early childhood programs throughout California. Although the PEA office is conveniently located in the city of San Diego, the company has approximately 50 consultants that conduct assessments across the state in counties such as, Fresno, Orange County, Riverside, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
